The Department of Welfare of Differently Abled & Senior Citizens, Assistant Directors, and District Managers is going to manage this scheme.

The main objective of AP free laptop scheme is to provide laptop to the students free of cost. This scheme will promote digital education. Other than that student will get help in acquiring technical education. Now all those students who are not able to afford laptop due to the financial crisis will be able to get laptop through Andhra Pradesh free laptop scheme. Other than that this scheme will also encourage students in acquiring higher education. Eligibility Conditions

• Students whose parent’s income is less than Rs.15000 per month will get Laptop for free
• Students whose parent’s income is between Rs.15000 to Rs.20000 per month have to pay half the amount of the laptop
• The Students whose parent’s income is more than Rs. 20000 per month have to pay the full cost.
• Students must study in the professional courses 
• Applicant must be a permanent resident of AP state

Guideline For The Sanction Of Laptop To Differently Abled Students

For visually challenged students the IT have proposed to procure laptops at the rate of Rs 30000 to all the students who are studying in professional courses to the tune of Rs 60000. Other than that the government is also going to provide laptops to hearing challenged, speech impaired and orthopedically challenged students once in a lifetime. Below mentioned are the guidelines for sanction of laptops:-

• Laptop will be issued to the student once in a lifetime
• Is some incorrect information is provided by the student in order to get the benefit of this scheme then the student is liable for any reason action by the corporation. The students also have to return the instrument or the cost of instrument
• Only those students will get the benefit of this scheme whose parents/guardians monthly income does not exceed
  • Rs 15000 per month which is half of the cost of instrument
  • Rs 15000 per month to Rs 20000 per month and collecting full cost to those monthly income of
  • Rs 20000 per month and above under ADIP Scheme
• Students are required to submit Bonafide certificate from the school or college, income certificate of parents, saderam certificate, Aadhar Card, phone number etc
• Laptops will be distributed through assistant director, department for the welfare of differently abled and senior citizen/district manager A.P differently abled and senior citizen assistant corporation
• The officials are required to maintain all the application received in the year with them
• Only eligible details of the requirement of laptop has to be submitted to the head office
• The officials are required to maintain a record of the beneficiaries in order to avoid double claims or false claims
• Only those students who are pursuing post graduation or professional courses will get benefit of this scheme

Procedure to Apply For AP Free Laptop Scheme 2022

Online

• Go to the official website of Andhra Pradesh differently-abled and Senior Citizen Assistance Corporation.

• Search “Application for Sanction of Laptops” option
• Click on the “Apply online” option and a new page will appear
• If you are not registered click “no” option

• The form will appear on the screen
• Enter the following details
• Select the register option
• If you are already registered with site then login with id and password
• Click apply online option and application form will display
• Fill the application form and upload the necessary documents
• Submit the application form after review of the form

Offline

• Go to the official website of Andhra Pradesh differently-abled and Senior Citizen Assistance Corporation.
• From the home page go to the “schemes & forms” section
• Click the view all option and a new page will appear on the screen
• Search “Sanction of Laptops” option and hit the “read more option
• Click the “download application” option and take a print out of it

• Fill the details ion the form and attach the necessary documents
• Submit the form along with documents to the department
